I think I found a bug

We are constantly working to make EMR-Bear as bug free as possible. In fact, the system automatically logs issues for later review. You can help by sending a detailed bug report when you run into an issue. If you think you have found a bug, send the following information in an email to support@emrbear.com

  • a detailed step-by-step to reproduce the error
  • the Encounter Form #/page/area of the system where you are experiencing the issue
  • date and title of the Encounter Form (if applicable)
  • the client file the form was created from (if applicable)
  • the specific User experiencing the issue
  • a screen shot (if possible) that demonstrates the issue
