  • A client's insurance information should have been entered when entering the client's information as described under Insurance (Payor).
  • When creating an appointment for a client, the insurance choices are available in a dropdown list.

  • This is a good time to validate with the client whether the current insurance information is still correct.
  • Once that has been established, choose the correct option for insurance.
  • This will populate into the appointment strip on the Front Desk view.
