  • An appointment can be made by the Provider directly from the Front Desk view as discussed in Create New Appointment or the Front Desk staff can establish an appointment for a Provider by following these steps.
  • Hover the cursor over Dashboard in the blue strip at top of screen.
  • Click on Appointments from the dropdown choices.

  • This will open a screen that allows you to choose the Provider from a dropdown list.
  • The appropriate Provider must be chosen to create an appointment for a client.

  • After selecting a Provider, a yellow calendar will appear across the screen.
  • Follow the same process for creating an appointment as explained in Create New Appointment.
