- An appointment can be made by the Provider directly from the Front Desk view as discussed in Create New Appointment or the Front Desk staff can establish an appointment for a Provider by following these steps.
- Hover the cursor over Dashboard in the blue strip at top of screen.
- Click on Appointments from the dropdown choices.
- This will open a screen that allows you to choose the Provider from a dropdown list.
- The appropriate Provider must be chosen to create an appointment for a client.
- After selecting a Provider, a yellow calendar will appear across the screen.
- Follow the same process for creating an appointment as explained in Create New Appointment.
