The location is wrong when I go to book an appointment

NOTE: You must be a coordinator or higher at the location to perform this task. To transfer a client within your program:

  1. Look up the Client
  2. Click on the Admin tab
  3. Click on the blue Program link
  4. Click on the Location drop down and select the desired location
  5. Click the blue Update button

To add a secondary location if a client is receiving services in two places:

  1. Look up the Client
  2. Go to the Demographics tab (Demo)
  3. Click the pencil next to the Client's name
  4. Click on the Secondary Location drop down and select the desired location
  5. Click Modify Client (you may need to override DOB or name)
